and climate, the roses here have a strongand pure scent. And since the organic cultivation area is small,

Whileextracting rose essential oil by distilling a large amount of roses with springwater, we also get the
rose water (hydrosol), the floral water that is full ofwater-soluble essence.

Whatis hydrosol?
Hydrosolis an important product we get from the distillation when extracting essentialoils from plants.
In theprocess of distillation, the steam condenses to liquid, in which the essentialoil floats on water.
Thewater is hydrosol, also known as floral water.
TheProperties and Applications of Hydrosol
Hydrosolcontains the water-soluble constituents of the plant as well as microscopicdroplets of the essential oil.
